Getting fantastic products into our stores takes a lot of hard work, and our Buyers are involved in the whole process – from initial design through to overseas sourcing and negotiations. Part of our work is about translating the latest designer products into high street trends, so as well as being in touch with what's happening on the catwalk, you need to be able to make disciplined, commercial decisions.
